Shipping charges within the United States are as follows:
0 - $100 = $4.95
$100 - 250 = $9.95
$250+ = $14.95

During the Christmas season (November and December), orders are processed and shipped almost daily. We ship with the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Parcels normally arrive in 3-5 business days. If you need expedited service, additional shipping charges will apply; please call or email to alert us to such a need.
We are away from the stockroom at times during the off-season so orders do not always ship as quickly then. Please let us know if you are in need of an off-season order right away and we will make more immediate arrangements.
You are welcome to return or exchange any merchandise as long as it is in its original condition. Please call or email to initiate a return. Once you have done so, send the parcel in its original packaging, prepaid and insured. Include a copy of the packing slip you received with your order and include instructions for exchange or refund.
If merchandise has been damaged in shipping, please call or email for a return label. Include the packing slip and your preference for a replacement or refund.
